Dana AI provides AI-powered voice interview practice sessions to help you prepare for job interviews. You agree to use the App responsibly, legally, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could harm the App or other users.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Dana AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Dana AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months.
